Renee holds a certificate of Qigong leader training level 2 under master Simon Blow, and is currently studying "understanding traditional Chinese medicine" at the Australian college of eastern medicine, to further her knowledge and teachings of Qigong. Renee feels alive when she practices Qigong, feeling the energy in her hands and throughout her body, knowing she is healing and realising her wholeness. Kimmy has completed 500hrs of teacher training, and is a qualified Ashtanga, iyengar, Bikram, and core vinyasa Yoga teacher. Having begun practising yoga 14 years ago, has established a deep connection with the ancient art, and is forever mesmerised by the magic of the practise. Kimmy makes you feel comfortable in a pose, and emphasises that it "feel good" not "need to look like an instragram picture" Kimmy keeps it simple, honest and real.
